The first thing people who have acne think about is acne cleansers
and creams. However, acne skin care products are not the most effective
way. What you eat greatly affects your skin. And with acne it is
proven that change to your diet can help stop

1. Milk is good for babies but not good for you if you have acne.
You acne diet should not have more than maximum two glasses of milk
per day. There are a number of hormones in milk that comes through
the milk from the pregnant cow which is harmful.

3. Have as less sugar as you can – chocolates, sweets and
similar things which contain sugar should be avoided at all costs.
Effective acne diet should actually eliminate all sugary things.
4. We all know that vitamins are good for you, but not all of them.
Do not come close to vitamin E – it has been observed that
any person who has problems like this, if they take Vitamin E, they
have their acne aggravated in no time. This is why this vitamin
should be avoided as much as possible.
5. Take a lot of vitamin B5 – include a daily doze of 10
grams of Vitamin B5. It has been observed that acne does indeed

How long should I stay on acne diet?
You can choose one or all from the above. Whatever you choose,
you should always keep in mind that acne diet total cure. When you
are a teenager and have acne, most of it will disappear by the time
you enter your twenties. So, it is better to endure it till then.
If acne attacks you after your twenties, then you should look for
medical treatments; choose from the many available alternatives

A balanced diet is important to your health. It is best to keep
